Or are you going to sit down and watch some NFL games?
If your choice is the last one, viewing what’s going on around the league, then you have a real opportunity here to do some scouting. Think about it: the Browns are 3-1 and in first place all bythemselves in the AFC North. As such, they are legitimate playoff contenders now, at least at this point of the season, roughly a quarter of the way through. In fact, 75 percent of the teams that start 3-1 have made the playoffs over the years. That’s a good sign for the Browns.
There has never really been tjus kind of opportunity for Browns fans the last several seasons, but now, with a playoff possibility, you can scroll through the games today to see the AFC teams and how they stack up against the Browns, or,!as it were, how the Browns stack up against them.
It’s never too early to do something like that, especially when you’re not a scout or a personnel guy. You’re just a fan, so you’re not violating any protocols.
Whatever you do, though, enjoy yourself. After all, it’s your day off.
