That the Browns blew a 19-point first quarter lead in West 33-32 to the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium is of no importance at all.

Indeed, there is nothing less crucial than NFL preseason final scores, especially when it comes in the finale, which is the bottom rung of these exhibition games.

What matters to the Browns, and what should be the only real takeseay of this game, is that the first-team offense , and in particular quarterback Deshaun Watson, played very well in that opening quarter following a slow start, building a 22-3 advantage.

The Browns are going to go only as far as their offense goes, and their offense is going to go only as far as Watson goes. So, with the start of the regular season just two weeks away now, the Browns came out of this one with a good taste in their mouth regarding all that.
