Winston Starting Isn’t Exactly Breaking News

So, I am confused about something.

Possibly you can help? Please?

I saw all these local stories the other day reporting that Jameis Winston would remain the Browns’ starting quarterback for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Huntington Bank Field.

Is that breaking news? Did we have to clear that up for some unknown reason?

Even with his penchant for picks at perilous points, Winston is still  — by far, and it isn’t even close — the best quarterback on the roster, thus giving the Browns the best chance to win.

If Dorian Thompson-Robinson starts, for any reason other than Winston getting hurt, starts or even plays,  I’m turning the TV over to The Hallmark Channel.

Really.

Perhaps they’ll  be showing one of the movies set in fictitious Ohio towns. It would be an upgrade. Anything would.
