Forget all the bad stuff
The Browns offense struggled again overall, being shut out for the first 57 minutes.
Quarterback Joe Flacco missed too many wide-open receivers, overthrowing them, underthrowing them and not throwing them at all.

Flacco doesn’t trust his offensive line, and for good reason, because it is not playing well and is beat up physically.
The offensive gameplan looked as if it had been devised by someone who knows nothing at all about football. There was little imagination. It was incredibly boring.
The offense continues to average less than 15 points a game.
The Color Rush uniforms and brown helmets were pathetically ugly.
But none of that matters at all because the Browns managed to edge the Green Bay Packers 13–10 on Sunday at Huntington Bank Field. Indeed, nothing really matters when you win, because winning is all that matters.

Cleveland Browns 13, Green Bay Packers 10 — Game Recap
Final Score: Browns 13, Packers 10
Where & When: Huntington Bank Field, Cleveland — Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season.
How the Game Unfolded
- The Browns came into this one 0–2 and desperate for a spark. The Packers were 2–0 and looked to stay perfect.
- Green Bay jumped out to a 10–0 lead through three quarters. Their scoring came on a field goal in the second quarter and a touchdown in the third (a pass from Jordan Love to John FitzPatrick).
- Cleveland’s offense was mostly quiet until very late. But the Browns’ defense stayed in it — applying pressure, forcing key situations, and keeping Green Bay from pulling away.
Turning Point / Key Plays
- First Points & Momentum Shift
With about 3:42 left in the 4th, the Browns got on the board via a 35-yard field goal by Andre Szmyt, cutting the deficit to 10-3. - Big Interception & Touchdown
On a 3rd-and-3 late in the game, Packers QB Jordan Love was intercepted by Grant Delpit, which set up the Browns in plus territory. Soon after, rookie Quinshon Judkins punched in a 1-yard touchdown to tie it up. - Blocked Field Goal
With 27 seconds left, Green Bay had a chance to retake the lead via a 43-yard kick by Brandon McManus. But defensive tackle Shelby Harris blocked it. - Game-Winning Field Goal
After recovering the blocked kick, the Browns had one final drive. Joe Flacco moved the offense into position (including a key pass to David Njoku) and with two seconds remaining, Szmyt nailed a 55-yard field goal to win the game as time expired.
Standout Performers & Stats
- Andre Szmyt (Kicker, CLE): Redemptive effort. After early struggles (missed kicks in prior weeks), he made the biggest one of his career so far with the 55-yard winner.
- Defense: Browns got their first takeaways of the season via Delpit’s interception and Harris’s block. Also racked up five sacks on Love.
- Quinshon Judkins (RB): Hard running, including a long 38-yard run during a late drive, and scored his first NFL touchdown.
What This Means
- The win breaks an eight-game losing streak for Cleveland and gives them their first victory of the 2025 season.
- It shows the Browns have fight — and that their defense and special teams can come up big in crunch time.
- For Green Bay, it’s a painful loss. They led comfortably but couldn’t close it out, looking vulnerable in key moments.
