Trade Kareem Hunt?
Sure! Why not?!
And Why the Browns are at it, perhaps they should also trade these guys:
Nick Chubb.
Myles Garrett.
Jadeveon Clowney.
Denzel Ward.
John Johnson III.
Jack Conklin.
Joel Bitonio.
Wyatt Teller.
David Njoku.
Amati Cooper.
Donovan Peoples-Jones.
David Bell.
Cade York.
For that matter, go ahead and trade all of them — the whole lot, everybody on the team — and start over again.
Except Deshaun Watson. They can’t trade him right now. He’s suspended while he tries to get his head on straight.
But the fact of the matter is that the Browns don’t have enough good players as it is — that’s why they’re fading fast, standing 2-5 and in the midst of a four-game losing streak — so they can ill afford to deal any of them.
Instead, what needs to happen for the Browns to have the best chance to turn their season around is for their coaches, especially head coach/de-facto offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski and embattled defensive coordinator Joe Woods, to put their players, particularly the best ones, into position to be successful.
For instance, as mentioned here many times, the Browns have the best set of running backs in the NFL in Hunt and Chubb, and why they absolutely refuse to take advantage of them is anyone’s guess.
Can the Browns — should the Browns — trade some of the coaches instead?
