This isn’t hard.
It really isn’t.
It never is difficult in these kinds of situations.
So, as a result, if the Browns are able to upend the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon at Paul Brown Stadium, then it will happen in one of two ways. That is, after everything that has happened in the days leading up to this game with the Odell Beckham situation/controversy/fiasco/circus/, the Browns are either going to grab the Bengals by the tail and toss them to somewhere south of Covington, Ky. by roiling to a big, impressive, nearly-perfect win that jump-stars them and resurrects their season, or they are going to get the stuffing kicked out of them in a one-sided loss that keeps them in this free fall.
All that Beckham mess has either brought them together and galvanized them to the point they are now a band of brothers, or it has torn them apart at the seams.
There is absolutely, positively no in-between.
Let’s hope it’s the former — that the Browns are loaded for bear — but there is no way of telling what will take place. That just makes it all the more interesting.
