Mark your calendars! The dates for #BrownsCamp are set đź—“

Well, yes, of course, most definitely, the Browns are looking for a better quarterback than Jacoby Brissett.
As it stands now, Brissett is going to have play a lot this season. Forget about the settlement in 22 of the 24 civil lawsuits against Deshaun Watson, for the NFL has stated that it doesn’t mean a thing in their own investigation into the matter and the disciplinary action it may take.
Make no mistake about it, the league has never seen anything the likes of the sexual misconduct allegations against Watson. They are as big as the Terminal Tower. As such, the league seems poised to throw the book at Watson and make an example of him by leveling a suspension that is equally as big. If the NFL doesn’t, then the public relations fallout will be twice the size of the Terminal Tower.
A suspension for the entire 2022 season is hardly out of the question and in fact may be the leader in the clubhouse when it comes to educated guesses about what will happen.
The Browns are hoping for the best, of course, but are expecting the worst. They have built a team ready to win now, but it’s not going to happen – the Browns are going to be light years from reaching their potential – with Brissett as the starter. He’s OK as a backup, but that’s as far as it goes.
As such, then, finding an upgrade – a major one, in fact – over Brissett is an absolute necessity. That should be of no surprise to anyone. That it’s being couched as “breaking news; this just in.” is kind of funny, really.
But who?
And how?
Ah, now those are the real questions.
