That’s just not the way the Browns co-owner operates. That kind of stuff goes on behind closed doors in his building.
But I have to believe that Haslam is furious at Browns General Manager Andrew Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski for the way they screwed up, mismanaged and botched the quarterback situation going back to training camp, all last week and during the game on Sunday in the 28-3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns Stadium. There is so much there to dislike that you can’t even quantify it all.
Indeed, what a bad look, a terrible look and a damaging look. Ugly, ugly, ugly.
I think Haslam needs to sit down with Barry and Stefanski and sort this out by asking them some tough questions, and they better have the right answers.
There are only 17 regular-season games in the NFL. This is not like baseball, where there are 162 games, or the NBA, which has 82. You have just 17 chances to go out there and win games, and whatever happens is a big deal. That the Browns did not give themselves the chance to win because of all the poor decisions by Berry and Stefanski is inexcusable.
And you, the fans, should also be furious. You deserve answers as well.
