Could The Problem Be Coaching?

Again, this is another story about why the Browns, who struggle to make good decisions when fixing problems, should pay attention to the city’s two other major pro sports teams, the Cavaliers and Guardians, who usually make good choices in such situations.

The Cavaliers got blown out by the Indiana Pacers in Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday night. My belief is that they will correct the mistakes and win when the teams next meet, on Tuesday night in Game 5 at Rocket Arena. They have done that kind of thing all year when encountering problems, including when, after losing both games at home to start this series, they figured it out and routed Indiana in Game 3 on Friday night in Indianapolis.

Recently on Pro Football Talk on Sirius Radio, co-host Chris Simms said the Browns had better rosters than the teams with similar records last season, such as the Tennessee Titans and New York Giants, but simply couldn’t stop the slide when things began to go south.

Hmmm.

So, then, if the roster was better than the 3-14 record, what was the problem? Could it have been . . . coaching?

Just wondering.
