Watson gives defense help
The Browns are brutalizing people defensively, but for them to have any chance to get to where they want to go in a league that is built on scoring, they have to be able to be productive offensively.
They took a lot of steps forward in that direction on Sunday with a 27–3 rout of the Tennessee Titans at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson still has a long, long way to go, but this was by far his best game since coming to Cleveland last year. He is looking a little more like the quarterback that played so well for the Houston Texans.
More importantly, the Browns are 2-1, they have dominated at home in those two victories and they were able to get themselves back on track after that nightmare in Pittsburgh when they gave away a game to the Steelers a week ago.
What’s not to like, right?
